Cowboys Running Back Ezekiel Elliott can't seem to get out of the news headlines. About a week after it was reported that the fifth-year player had contracted COVID-19, it has now been reported that Elliott is on the receiving end of a lawsuit from his pool cleaner in regards to his three dogs allegedly attacking the employee. According to reports, however, Elliott did not give permission for the pool cleaner to be on the property at the time of the reported incident. According to Elliott's attorney, Frank Salzano, "We look forward to further establishing the plaintiff’s contributory negligence during the course of this matter.”
The NBA season restart is taking shape! The Houston Rockets and the Dallas Mavericks are going to open up the restart with a rivalry game of sorts against each other, according to a full schedule release on Friday. The game will be held on July 31 at 8 p.m. CT, and will be televised on ESPN. The San Antonio Spurs, meanwhile, tip off their season restart with a game against the Sacramento Kings on July 31, at 7 p.m. CT. All games will be played in Orlando on the Walt Disney World resort campus. No fans will be allowed to attend these games.
